WRITE – OFF OF THE UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

ELLAKTOR S.A. announces to its shareholders as well as the shareholders PANTECHNIKI S.A. (company that was absorbed by ELLAKTOR S.A.) that the five year period for the collection of the dividend for the fiscal year 2005, expires on 31/12/2011. After this date, dividends not collected from entitled parties will be written off, according to the Law, in favor of the Hellenic State. 

The shareholders entitled for the dividends of the fiscal year 2005 and have not yet collected them, may contact the Shareholders Department (tel. number: +30 210 818 5076) until 31/12/2011.
