Following the announcement made on 28.02.2007 regarding the merger by absorption of the 100% affiliated company SFAKIANAKIS EMPORIKI S.A., authorised dealer of BMW vehicles and motorcycles, by the parent company SAKIANAKIS S.A., it is announced that hereunder the decision of the Ministry of Development with registration number K2-8300/31-05-2007, the decisions made by the Board of Directors on 23.02.2007, 26.02.2007 and 25.05.2007 were approved for the merger of the incorporated companies SFAKIANAKIS INCORPORATED COMMERCIAL AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY OF CARS, BUILDINGS, HOTELS AND TOURIST COMPANIES and SFAKIANAKIS COMMERCIAL, INCORPORATED COMMERCIAL AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY OF CARS, MOTORCYCLES, LEASING AND INSURANCE SERVICES, with absorption the second from the first. The above mentioned merger is being realized according to the stipulations of articles 69-78 of C.L. 2190/1920 and articles 1 to 5 of the law 2166/1993 and the relevant notary action with number 22262/29.05.2007.
