In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On June 14th, 2007 a total of 23.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,922 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 228.216,85.
(2) On June 15th, 2007 a total of 3.933 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,926 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 39.038,77.
(3) On June 18th, 2007 a total of 10.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,966 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 99.659,76.
(4) On June 20th, 2007 a total of 15.000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9,953 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 149.289,52.
The abovementioned 51.933 own shares, of total value Euro 516.204,90 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 9,940 per share.
