In accordance with the L. 3556/2007 in combination with the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the H.C.M.C, we would like to inform the investment community with the following: On July 19th 2007, Mr. Antonis Maniadakis informed our company that his voting rights have changed. More specifically, on July 16, 2007 the voting rights of Mr. Antonis Maniadakis increased from 0.05% (38,500 - number of shares acquired directly with voting rights) to 12.75% or 9,045,257 (additionally 9,006,257 voting rights acquired indirectly, in his(Mr Maniadakis) capacity as an attorney, for the annual general meeting on July 22nd 2007.
