On 17.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 42,883 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 0,06 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 76.74 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.66 and 24.68 euros per share.
