The company Forthnet A.E. announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), an associated legal entity with the Member of the FORTHnet's BoD, Dimitrios Goulandris, notified on 24.7.2007 (art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) a) the sale of 40.174 shares of a total value of 417.622,44 Euro, on the 13th of July 2007, b) the sale of 14.000 shares of a total value of 148.919,87 Euro on the 20th of July 2007 c) 94.500 shares, of a total value of 1.062.035,85 Euro on the 23th of July 2007.
