In accordance with articles 275, par. 9d and 292 par.2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation regarding the Schedule of intended corporate actions the company FORTHnet S.A. announces the following:
a) The annual financial statements of the Company and the Group for the year ended December 31st 2006 will be published on March 21st 2007.
b) The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on May 18th, 2007.
c) No dividend payment will take place for the fiscal year 2006.
d) The annual analyst presentation of the company''s financial results for 2006 will take place in London on March 27th 2007.
