During the BoD meeting of C.ROKAS SA held on 17-5-2007, the Managing Director Mr. Matthew Troulis was elected as the Chairman of the Board in the place of the resigned Director, Mr. George C. Rokas. The new Board of Directors is incorporated as follows:
