On 26.7.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 191,438 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 0.26 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its total participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted to 65.07 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 24.86 euros per share.
