CORINTH PIPEWORKS SA announces that after the decision No 33/430/6.6.2007 of the MD of the Capital Market Commission, EFG EUROBANK SECURITIES has been appointed as the competent member of the ATHEX for performing the liquidation of 4,690 paper registered shares which have not been deposited fro dematerialization.
The liquidation of the shares will be performed on Monday, June 25, 2007, pursuant to the Decision No 1/380/4.5.2006 of the BoD of the Capital Market Commission as well as to the article 99A of the ATHEX Regulation.
The result of the liquidation shall be deposited to the Deposits and Loans Fund where all Shareholders eligible to collect the corresponding amounts provided from the above liquidation. The result of the liquidation, the commencement of payment and the relevant documents that each Shareholder has to provide in the Deposits and Loans Fund, will become known with a new announcement of the Company.
