Plias Consumer Goods S.A. announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), that on July 26, 2007 Tanaca Holdings Limited gave it notice of the sale of 621,816 shares of the Company, registered in the latter's name. According to the aforementioned notification, following the sale of the above shares the percentage of voting rights of Tanaca Holdings Limited in Plias Consumer Goods S.A., was reduced from 15,716% to 14,979%.
