Forthnet SA announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled on July 27th 2007 has been cancelled due to lack of the quorum required by the Company's Articles of Association and the Law (2/3 of the paid-up share capital).
By virtue of its resolution, the BoD of the Company invites the shareholders to the 1st Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting which will take place on Friday, August 10th, 2007, at 11.30 a.m., at the registered seat of the Company at the municipality of Heraklion of Crete (Scientific and Technological Park of Crete, at Vassilika, Voutes) in order to discuss and resolve upon the same items on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
