Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola HBC, CCHBC) announces that according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which was held in Athens, Greece today, Wednesday 20 June 2007, the dividend for the fiscal year 2006 is euro 0.32 per share. The record date for the dividend payment is tomorrow Thursday 21 June 2007. Starting Friday 22 June 2007, shares will be trading on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend. The dividend will be paid between Monday 2 July 2007 and Wednesday 2 July 2008 through the network of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. In accordance with the procedure for the distribution of dividend, as specified in article 329 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange and article 39 of the Regulation of the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. (ex-Central Securities Depositary), the dividend will be paid in one of the following ways: 1. Through the Shareholders' operators (Banks, Stockbrokers) at the System for Dematerialised Shares (SAT). 2. Through the branch network of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., for those Shareholders who have requested an exemption from their SAT operator under 1 above. 3. In the event that an operator is unable to credit the account of any shareholder in accordance with 1 above, then such shareholder may collect the dividend through the branch network of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., starting on 9 July 2007. Collection of the dividend in cases 2 and 3 above, requires the submission to any branch of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. of the relevant Investor's Account Number on the SAT, as well as presentation of a police identity card to any branch of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. A duly authorised third party may collect the dividend only by furnishing a written authorisation from the shareholder. The authenticity of the shareholder's signature must be verified by a competent authority. Such authorisation must include the personal identification details of the shareholder, as well as those of the authorised third party.
