In accordance with the article 6 of the resolution 1/380/4.5.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, PANTECHNIKI SA informs the investment public that, on Monday, June 18, 2007 the qualified member of the Athens Stock Exchange LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES SA conducted the auction of the 1523 incorporated nominal shares remaining in paper form (pursuant to the article 99 of the ATHEX Regulation). The net outcome of the auction (after deduction of taxes and costs) amounts to 6.123.59 euros, and will be deposited for the benefit of the entitled shareholders to the Deposits and Loan Fund within seven (7) working days. After the completion of the auction, PANTECHNIKI SA possesses only paperless incorporated nominal shares.
