In its letter dated 07/08/2007, Piraeus Bank S.A. informed us that on 03/08/2007, due to the cancellation of agreements provided to the Bank pertaining to a mortgage on our company shares, the participation of EUROMEDICA S.A. in the voting rights changed from 5.2017% to 2.3404%.
The Bank does not have a holding in the companys share capital.
