The company with the corporate name ATHENS DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT CENTRE HYGEIA SOCIETE ANONYME, pursuant to the provisions of Hellenic Law 3340 and of resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Committee, would like to hereby inform its shareholders and investors that the company's Board of Directors, during its meeting that convened on 27 July 2007, decided to reorganise the company's Department of Corporate Announcements and Department of Investor Relations and Shareholder Service as follows: Mr Constantine Tzoutzourakis and Mrs Marina Mantzourani have been appointed Director and Deputy Director respectively of the aforementioned Departments.
Mr Constantine Tzoutzourakis and Mrs Marina Mantzourani shall assume their duties on 1 August 2007 in replacement of Mr Nikolaos Giabanas.
Mr Constantine Tzoutzourakis holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Lancaster University. He specialises in financial analysis and has been employed in the past as a financial analyst by Citibank and the Investment Bank of Greece, as well as by brokerage firms such as Piraeus Securities S.A. and National Securities.
Mrs Marina Mantzourani has been employed in the past by EUROCORP S.A. as an authorised clerk of the Athens Stock Exchange and as a sales trader of shares and derivative products of international markets
