ALUMIL administration announces with content the strategic agreement signed with the world leading manufacturer of greenhouses, garden centres, hobby tunnels and warehouses in Europe, RICHEL SERRES DE France (www.richel.fr); it is classified a pioneer in its filed. With active presence in 80 countries and annual turnover exceeding Euro 65 m., listed in Euronext, it is ranked 1st in Europe and 2nd worldwide in manufacturing greenhouses with aluminium framework. It dominates the French market with a 40% market share, while it contributes with more than 30% to total European exports in its sector. ALUMIL is the supplier of aluminium products for the French Group. Initial contracts between ALUMIL and RICHEL overcome Euro 2.5 m. for 2007, having clear, upward trends.
ALUMIL administration announces also the important agreement signed with the world leading steel Group ARCELOR. It is estimated that the agreement will further contribute to overall Group growth, now more, after its acquisition from MITTAL Group. ALUMIL commercial network now supplies ARCELORMITTAL network with aluminium extrusion products. Initial agreements reach Euro 1.5 m. approximately; this volume is expected to present clear, upward trends as well.
