ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. informs that on 15.06.2007, the process of the merger of AKTOR S.A. with HELLENIC MINES S.A. was completed. AKTOR S.A. wholly absorbed (i.e. 100%) its subsidiary company HELLENIC MINES S.A., according to the provisions of articles 68 par. 2 and 78 of c.l. 2190/1920 in combination with articles 1-12 of l.d. 1297/1972.
