SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A. informs investors that by virtue of the Decision 486/07.08.2007 of the General Manager of the Capital Markets Commission, the following were resolved:
1. The granting of license to SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A. for the initiation of the disposal of 1.832 shares, being undisposed fractional residue from the share capital increase of SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A., due to its merger through absorption of the company DIOLKOS S.A., concluded on December 04th, 2006.
2. The appointment of the company PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A. as the competent member of the Athens Stock Exchange with respect to the disposal of the aforementioned shares.
3. The disposal of the shares will take place on 27, August 2007, in accordance with the provisions of article 99 of the Regulation of the Stock Exchange. The starting price for the disposal of the shares cannot be lower than the closing price of the day preceding the disposal date.
4. The Member is obliged, on the same day, to inform Hellenic Exchange S.A. - Clearing, Settlement & Registration General Directorate and the Capital Markets Commission with respect to the outcome of the disposal.
Following the completion of the disposing procedure, SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A. will release a new announcement regarding the outcome of the disposal as well as the process to be followed by the beneficiaries in order to collect the amount they are entitled to from the Deposit and Loans Fund.
