On 7.8.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 16,562 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 0.02 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 65.92 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.50 and 24.52 euros per share.
