Further to the above announcement, Tramoundana II Holdings SA and the persons acting in co-ordination, i.e Christos Papaellinas, Alexandros Stratos, George Papazoglou, Michalis Papaellinas, Barbara Vernikou, Tramoundana Holdings SA and the Lambropoulos Foundation (Them.Lambropoulos), are now owners of 69,553.790 shares or approximately 97.85% of Notos Com Holdings SA share capital and voting rights. Subtracting the voting rights of the shares owned by Notos Com Holdings SA, the percentage of voting rights of Tramoundana II Holdings SA and the group acting in co-ordination, is 99.97%.
