In an effort to inform investors, EUROMEDICA S.A. wishes to announce that the existing preliminary predictions on the companys financial results for the 2007 fiscal year, as announced in the Annual presentation of the company in the meeting of the Association of Greek Institutional Investors held on 30/05/2007, are no longer valid due to a significant rise in the companys equity as a result of an increase in its Share Capital. Company Management shall update the relevant predictions on the 2007 operating result and shall inform both investors and Supervisory Authorities promptly.
