The company announces that the Annual General Meeting of 14/06/2007 approved the distribution of dividend for the company yare 2006 of euro 3.953.625, namely 0,12 euro per share. Beneficiaries of the dividend are shareholders of the comany on the 4th of July 2007 and payment of the divident will commence on the 13th of July 2007 through Pireaus Bank.
