PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A. informs the investment public that, during the Board of Directors' meeting, which took place on the 2nd of July 2007, Mr. Grigoris Kranos was elected member, taking the place of the deceased Vice President of the Board Anna Gerardou. The new composition of the Board of Directors' is as follows:
George Gerardos, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Konstantinos Gerardos, Vice President - executive member.
George Liaskas, executive member.
Nikolaos Tsiros, independent and non executive member.
Eleni Sampson Spiliadi, independent and non executive member.
Grigoris Kranos, non executive member.
The next General Shareholders Meeting will validate all the aforementioned changes.
