EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces - according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - that, in the framework of the Agreement between the Banks - Shareholders - Creditors of PFI S.A., DEPA S.A. and ELPE S.A., signed on 04-06-07, is going to participate in the company s share capital increase through partial capitalization of its liabilities, which the company PHOSPHORIC FERTILIZERS INDUSTRY S.A. is going to realize within the forthcoming time period. Our bank participates in the company share capital with the percentage of 42,16%, while, after its participation to the share capital increase, this percentage will amount to 31,25%. After the completion of the company s share capital increase we will inform you with a new announcement.
