EUROMEDICA S.A., further to its announcement dated 4 July 2007 with regard to the resolution of the company's Board of Directors 4 July 2007 regarding the purchase of own shares and in application of the provisions of article 4 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003, would like to hereby announce that during the period from 17 July 2007 to 25 July 2007, it proceeded in the purchase of 28,500 own shares at an average acquisition price of 9.147 Euros. Moreover, EUROMEDICA S.A. would like to inform investors that in view of the share capital increase that shall be effected, it does not intend to proceed in the purchase of any additional own shares until the share capital increase is completed.
