Announcement on significant changes with regard to voting rights, pursuant to Law No. 3556/2007
Mr. Thomas Liakounakos, one of our companys shareholders, in his letter dated 06/08/2007 informed us that due to the cancellation of a mortgage on company shares, his total participation in the voting rights in AXON Holdings S.A. changed from 35.939% to 38.795%. The said participation (38.795%) is as follows:
- Direct participation of Thomas Liakounakos: 5,281,920 voting rights, namely 16.762%
- Participation of controlled company AXON Commercial Industrial and Printing S.A.: 2,231,680 voting rights, namely 7.082%
- Participation of controlled company ΑΧΟΝ DEVELOPMENT S.A.: 4,588,130 voting rights, namely 14.560%
- Participation of controlled company KERDOS PUBLICATIONS S.A.: 27,400 voting rights, namely 0.087%
- Participation of controlled company Α.Β.Υ.Τ. S.A..:95,760 voting rights, namely 0.304%
His participation in our companys share capital has remained unchanged, namely 22.948%.
