Maritime Company of Lesvos S.A. according to L. 3556/ 2007 (as per article 9 par. 5) informs the investors that as a result of the Share Capital Increase through capitalization of share premium in the amount of 3.170.245,80 with issuing 10.567.486 new common shares, according to General Shareholders Assembly decision on 24/06/2007 the Company's Share Capital is 34.872.701,10, divided in 116.242.337 common shares (total number votes rights 116.242.337) nominal value 0,30 each.
