In accordance with the article 276 par. XII of the Athens Exchange Regulation, IASO S.A. announces that the ordinary tax audit for the fiscal years 2003, 2004, and 2005 was completed. The tax audit assessed for the three audited fiscal years, additional taxes plus penalties of Euro 1.538.191. This amount will affect the results of the 1st Six months of 2007. The Company paid one fifth (1/5) of the above sum at the closing of the settlement, while the rest will be paid in 24 interest free equal monthly installments.
