EUROMEDICA, within the framework of informing investors, would like to hereby announce that, due to an oversight, its interim financial statements of the first quarter of 2007 erroneously included, in both its assets (account receivables from customers) and liabilities (account other short-term liabilities), an amount of 20,99 million Euros that concerned an inter-company receivable-liability.
This oversight, which increased the Groups receivables and liabilities as of 31 March 2007 by an equal amount, did not have any other affect on its results, Owner?s Equity and cash flows for the current period 1 January 31 March 2007.
In an effort to correct the interim financial statements of the EUROMEDICA group of companies for the period that ended on 31 March 2007, the file that had been posted on 31 May 2007 on the companys website was replaced by the relative correct file.
