A. According to the stipulations of article 13 par. 2 of Law 3340/2005, we notify that on May 30th, 2007 Mrs. Miranta Sfakianaki, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the company, made transaction on the share of the company and particularly proceed in the sale of 10.000 common registered shares of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., with a total value of Euro 200.000,00.
B. According to the stipulations of article 13 par. 2 of Law 3340/2005, we notify that on May 30th, 2007 Mr. Athanasios Platias, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the company, made transaction on the share of the company and particularly proceed in the sale of 10.000 common registered shares of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., with a total value of Euro 200.000,00.
