The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96, will take participation to the public open competition of bids of the Ministry of Public Order / Headquarters of Greek Police Force, for the supply of one hundred and sixty (160) two-wheeled motorcycles with police equipment (ON-OFF), as relevant stipulation number 15/2007 on 20/06/2007, which will be held on 03/09/2007, and in any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the competition.
It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
