In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On June 28th, 2007 a total of 3,526 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.966 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 35,140.03.
(2) On June 29th, 2007 a total of 9,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.212 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 91,911.11.
(3) On July 2nd, 2007 a total of 22,485 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.239 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 230,214.75.
(4) On July 3rd, 2007 a total of 3,432 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.206 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 35,027.40.
(5) On July 4th, 2007 a total of 9.009 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.219 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 92,067.19.
The abovementioned 47,452 own shares, of total value Euro 484,360.48 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.207 per share.
