By virtue of resolution 9/433/28.6.2007 the Board of Directors of Capital Market Commission granted the Company the authority to sell up 30.140 nominal stocks incorporated, which have not been submitted for disposal, and stocks which derive from corporate acts and they have been issued in immaterial form in favor of beneficiaries of stocks incorporated. According to the same resolution, it was decided to appoint the company EFG EUROBANK AHEPEY as the competent member of Athens Exchange for completing the process of disposal of the abovementioned stocks. Friday, 6th of July 2007, is set as the date that the process of the disposal of the stocks will commence. The disposal will be completed according to Decision 1/380/4.5.2006 of the Board of Directors of Capital Market Commission and the article 99A of the AE Regulation.
