EUROMEDICA SA, within the framework of investor information through scheduled company presentations, informs the investment public that on Wednesday 30 May 2007 the presentation of the company took place at the Institutional Investors Association, by Mr. Th. Liakounakos, A. Terzopoulos, President of the company and T. Doumanoglou, Member of the Strategic Planning Committee.
As referenced during the presentation, the group, within the framework of its continuous development, is currently proceeding to the creation of five new diagnostic centers, three in Athens and two in Thessalonica, while it recently began operating its new diagnostic center in Volos.
As per the participation of EUROMEDICA in the capital stock of IASO, it has already surpassed the 7%, while the intent of the company is the acquisition of a percentage of more than 10% and the establishing of collaboration with IASO.
Also referenced was the fact that within the next few days is expected the signing of the agreements with the two foreign institutional investors, for the increase of the capital stock of the company by 60 million euros and the issuing of a convertible bond by the company, also of an amount of 60 million euros. The new capital is expected to flow into the company within July 2007.
Vision of the company, as underlined, is the coverage of all 52 prefectures of Greece in the sector of health services provision, but also the expansion of the EUROMEDICA group to the Balkans (Rumania, Bulgaria, Albania), as well as Turkey.
Respective to the financial results of the current fiscal year, company forecasts reference a consolidated turnover of 200 million euros, EBITDA 40 million euros and earnings before taxes of 25 million euros.
The above amounts do not take into consideration the valorisation of new capital amounting 120 million euros that will flow into the company from the increase of the capital stock and the convertible bond.
