Following the decision for capital raise by cash payment taken on 11/04/2007 by the A' Repeat Extraordinary General Assembly of its shareholders, the Board of Directors of NIREUS S.A. wishes to inform the investment public that as of Thursday 19-07-2007 the 10.233.154 new common registered shares at a par value of 1,50 euros that were issued due to the capital raise, will start trading on the Athens Exchange. The Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange on 12/07/2007 has approved the introduction and trading of the above said 10.233.154 new shares. The Company also certifies that the new shares will be credited at the day that their trade will begin (i.e. 19/07/2007), on the beneficiaries' investors' accounts (S.A.T.) through the Athens Exchange Dematerialized Stocks' Trading System.
