ASPIS BANK ATE informs the investors that on Tuesday 17th of July 2007 it received the following notifications, in accordance with the provisions of Greek law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 decision of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and no 33/03.07.2007 Circular of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, by the mentioned herein below shareholders:
a) From COMMERCIAL VALUE AAE a notification according to law 3556/2007, by which it is notified that the above mentioned company possesses since 13-07-2007 (date on which its percentage of voting rights in ASPIS BANK ATE is equal, less or exceeds 1/3 of the total) 34.99% of the voting rights in ASPIS BANK ATE, which equals to 22,216,763 common registered shares of ASPIS BANK ATE with voting right.
b) From Mr. PSOMIADI PAVLO son of DANIHL, a notification according to law 3556/2007, by which it is notified that his participation in ASPIS BANK ATE, including the participation through COMMERCIAL VALUE AAE, a controlled by him company, amounts in total (both directly and indirectly) on 13-07-2007 (date on which the percentage of voting rights in ASPIS BANK ATE is equal, less or exceeds 50%) to 59,84% of the voting rights in ASPIS BANK ATE, which equals to 37,991,510 common registered shares of ASPIS BANK ATE with voting right.
