According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Morgan Stanley on March 19th 2007, Proton Bank SA hereby informs the investors'' public that on March 15th, 2007 the following change was effected:
Morgan Stanley, through its subsidiary company Morgan Stanley and Co International Ltd, held 4,975 % of the voting rights corresponding to 3.118.247 shares of Proton Bank SA.
After the change, the percentage of voting rights rose to 5,016% corresponding to 3.144.247 common registered shares of the total share capital of Proton Bank which amounts to 62.683.822 common registered shares.
