In response to letter of the Athens Stock Exchange dated on 16/7/2007 which refers to electronic and paper type publications relative to takeovers planned by our company in Cyprus we would like to inform you of the following:
During the last time period and given the will of the Management of our Company for foreign expansion, executives of our Company have proceeded to a complete assessment of the market of Cyprus in order to select the best solution for our activation - development in Cyprus.
In the scope of this examination indeed various cases of hospitals were examined however we have decided that the best choice was the acquisition of a majority holding percentage in the company XRYSAFILIOTISSA PUBLIC LTD to which the hospital AXILLEION in Limassol Cyprus belongs, an agreement which we announced today with a Press Announcement.
