In accordance with the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation (article 292, paragraph 4, section a), IASO S.A. announces that the annual briefing of equity analysts on its financial results took place on 25.04.2007. The briefing was conducted by the Group?s Chairman Mr John Zolotas, the Group''''s Chief Executive Officer Mr Takis Gianniris and the Group?s Chief Financial Officer Mr Vassilis Anastassakis.
The financial statements of the year 2006 were presented in full detail, showing a spectacular increase in revenues as well as in the profits of both the Parent Company and the Group.
Finally, the Group?s business development and investment plans were presented, according to which, 150 mil euro will be invested during the next three years, aiming at covering a broad range of healthcare services in strategically selected locations throughout Greece, by the end of 2009. A special reference was made on its strategic decisions to provide healthcare services in the southern suburbs of Athens by constructing IASO of Southern Suburbs along with its expansion outside Attica with the completion of IASO Thessalias
