FY 2006 Financial Results
2006 was a very significant year for Info-Quest. The sale of its telecom business for Euro 330 m provided the necessary funds to further expand in the IT services and total solutions sector and also to invest in new business sectors such as energy production from renewable sources. The business plan is under way with the acquisition of the 49% of UNISYSTEMS S.A. and two wind farm companies.
The FY 2006 financial results are not comparable with those of FY 2005 due to a) FY 2006 includes the outcome of the sale of Q-Telecom, b) FY 2005 includes Q-Telecoms operational results, c) FY 2006 results are negatively affected by the impairment of subsidiaries by Euro 15 m. for the group and Euro 12 m for the parent company.
The after tax profit from Q Telecom''s sale (the discontinuing operation) that is included in 2006 financial results is Euro 236 m for the group and Euro 235 m for the parent company.

Therefore, taking into account all the above notes, the FY 2006 Financial Results of Info-Quest Group under I.F.R.S. (from continuing and discontinuing activities) are:
- Consolidated Revenues of Euro 421 m vs. Euro 537 m in 2005.
- Consolidated Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of Euro 10 m vs. Euro 40 m.
- Consolidated Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of Euro 235 mi vs. Euro 19 m.
- Consolidated Earnings after Taxes and minority interest Euro 224 m vs. Euro 12 m.
FY 2006 results (from continuing and discontinuing activities) for the parent company are:
- Revenues of Euro 287 m vs. Euro 435 m in 2005.
- Consolidated Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of Euro 2 m vs. Euro 36 m.
- Consolidated Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of Euro 235 mi vs. Euro 19 m.
- Consolidated Earnings after Taxes of Euro 228 m vs. Euro 13 m.
FY 2006 financial results for the parent company from continuing operations (IT) are: Sales reached Euro 287 m vs Euro 278 in 2005 while the after taxes results were negative by Euro 7 m due to the impairment of subsidiary of Euro 12 m and to expenses and taxes related with the sale of Q-Telecom and the capital return to shareholders of Euro 73 m.
ACS Courier:
ACS S.A., the courier services company continues in 2006 to show improved financial results. 2006 sales reached Euro 75 m vs Euro 67 m - an increase of 12% - EBITDA reached Euro 4 m vs. Euro 3 m. Earnings before Taxes doubled to Euro 3 m vs. Euro 1,5 m and Earnings after Taxes more that doubled reaching Euro 1,3 m vs Euro 0,6 in 2005. ACS has the largest network of franchisees with more than 320 points of sales in 200 cities in Greece. ACS operates in Cyprus and Albania and is soon expected to start operations in other Balkan countries.
