Sayanta Basu, Executive Member, 9. Thomas Volpe, Executive Member, 10. George Lassados, Non Executive Member, 11. Nicholas Wrigley, Non Executive Member, 12. Konstantinos Los, Independent Non Executive Member, 13. Markos Foros, Independent Non Executive Member, 14. Kostas Grammenos, Independent Non Executive Member, 15. Chief Operating Officer?s duties were undertaken by the Member of the BoD Mr. George Efstratiadis.
Thereafter it was resolved that the Company?s Audit Committee will be composed of Messrs Alexandros Edipidis, Markos Foros and Konstantinos Los and the Risk Committee of Messrs Manolis Xanthakis, George Lassados and Markos Foros.
The BoD will resolve upon any other Committee provided for in the Company?s Internal Rules as well as their composition at a subsequent meeting.
