In accordance with the provision of article 16, par. 10 of Law 2190/1920, as currently in force, article 290, par.5 of Athens Exchange Regulation and following the relevant decisions of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (dated 23.06.2006) and the Board of Directors (dated 27.07.2007), LAMDA Development S.A. notifies that the period for the purchase of own shares ended on 21.05.2007. During the period from 09.08.2006 to 21.05.2007 the total number of shares acquired amounted to 22.028, at an average purchase price of euro 8.25. The total number of own shares that the Company holds, amounts to 22.028 shares, with an average purchase price of euro 8.25 and represents 0.05% of its share capital.
