According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Morgan Stanley on March 14th 2007, Proton Bank S.A. hereby informs the investors'' public that on March 13th , 2007 the following change was effected:
Morgan Stanley, through its subsidiary company Morgan Stanley and Co International Ltd, held 5,134% of the voting rights corresponding to 3.218.247 shares of Proton Bank S.A.
After the change, the percentage of voting rights was reduced to 4,974% corresponding to 3.118.247 common registered shares of the total share capital of Proton Bank which amounts to 62.683.822 common registered shares.
