The financial statement of the construction company Pantechniki S.A. for the 1st Quarter of 2007, based on the International Accounting Standards, showed improved financial figures. Specifically, the turnover of the parent company amounted to 37,87 million euros compared to 30,8 million euros for the respective period of 2006 showing an improvement of 22,7 %, whereas the profit after tax amounted to 2,08 million euros in comparison to 1,1 million euros for the previous year, which corresponds to an increase of 88%. Nevertheless, the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of the parent company (EBITDA) were reduced to 1,1 million euros compared to 3,9 million euros for the previous year. On the contrary, the consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were improved by 2,2%, amounting to 4,22 million euros from 4,13 million euros for the respective period of 2006. The turnover of the group of Pantechniki S.A. increased by 46,5% , from 36,45 million euros to 53,43 million euros and the net after tax and minority interests profit showed a small reduction of 3,4%, from 3,4 million euros to 3,28 million euros. Concerning the equity capital of the group of Pantechniki S.A. the financial statement of March 31st 2007 showed an increase of 5,1%, amounting from 112,27 million euros to 117,98 million euros.
