We hereby notify you that on 22nd June, 2007, our company was informed of a change in its shareholding structure, according to which company MITICA LIMITED now holds 10,514,900 common bearer shares which correspond to 10.0142% of the company's share capital.
This letter of notification is sent in accordance with Presidential Decree 51/1992 and article 282 of the Athens Exchange regulation.
