In accordance with Articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA announces the purchase of 6,000 shares of J&P-AVAX SA on 17.07.2007 for a total consideration of Euro 48,600 by its Deputy President Mr Constantine Kouvaras (designated an insider under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005).
