The company EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A. announces, based on L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on July 18, 2007, Mr Stefanos Ioannis Verzovitis (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 4.611 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 15.098,99.
