The BoD on 16/05/2007 apointed Mr Paschalis Gkikoudis of Dimitrios (BSc Mathematics, University of Napoli, Italy) as Internal Auditor replacing Ms Vasiliki Moulaki who got retired. The decision was made on the ground of Law 3016/2002(article 7, paragraph 3) which has been amended by Law 3091/2002, as well as the 3/347/12.07.2005 BoD decision of the Capital Market Commission.
