According to the provisions of Presidential Decree 51/1992 and following the notification that we have received from Morgan Stanley on April 3rd 2007, Proton Bank S.A. hereby informs the investors'' public that on March 29th, 2007 the following change was effected:
Morgan Stanley and Co International Ltd, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, held 5,198 % of the voting rights corresponding to 3.258.247 shares of Proton Bank S.A.
After the change, the percentage of voting rights was reduced to 3,603% corresponding to 2.258.247 common registered shares.
The total share capital of Proton Bank amounts to 62.683.822 common registered shares.
